Biography
Member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).
Camille first graduated in physiotherapy from the University of Girona, Spain (specialized bachelor’s degree, 2017). She practised as a physiotherapist in France for more than seven years, consistently giving manual techniques an important place in her rehabilitation work. She went on to complete training in manual therapy (2022, ITMP, Paris) and scar therapy (2024, INK, Paris). In 2023, she undertook 125 hours of training in Lomi Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian massage (Ho’omana School and Spa, Maui, Hawaii).
She now dedicates herself fully to massage therapy. Her range of massage therapy services is designed for adults, from young adults to older adults. She offers therapeutic massage (targeted and tailored), Swedish massage (relaxing and comfortable) and Lomi Lomi massage (with both relaxing and therapeutic qualities), as well as individual sessions or courses of manual lymphatic drainage (particularly suited to occasional or chronic water retention and post-operative follow-up). She also provides specific scar therapy care and support for recent, older, post-operative or accidental scars.
Welcome to a space dedicated to your care, where your well-being and comfort in everyday life are her priority.
Health Tips and Info
Adopting a healthy lifestyle offers a multitude of compelling reasons to prioritize your well-being. Firstly, it significantly reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension, enhancing your longevity and overall quality of life. Regular exercise and a balanced diet boost physical fitness and energy levels, promoting mental clarity and emotional well-being. Moreover, a healthy lifestyle fosters a strong immune system, helping the body defend against illnesses. It also empowers individuals to maintain a healthy weight, which can boost self-esteem and body confidence. Ultimately, by embracing a health-conscious approach, you invest in a future filled with vitality, resilience, and a greater capacity to savor life's joys to the fullest.
Remember that individual health needs can vary, so it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance and recommendations tailored to your specific health circumstances.
