What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a non-invasive manual therapy that aims to improve movement, reduce pain, and support overall well-being by addressing the body’s structure and function. People seek out osteo treatments for a range of concerns, including neck and back pain, sports injuries, headaches, joint pain and stiffness, among other issues.
Osteopathy Consultation
An osteopathy consultation is a personalized session where our osteopath will assess your health, identify underlying issues, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Medical History & Discussion
Our osteopath will ask about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and overall health to understand the root cause of your concerns.
Physical Examination
This involves assessing your posture, movement, and possibly testing muscle strength, joint flexibility, and spinal alignment.
Hands-On Treatment
Using gentle manual techniques like stretching, massage, and joint manipulation, the osteopath works to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.
Personalized Advice
You may receive guidance on exercises, posture, lifestyle changes, or ergonomic improvements to enhance recovery and prevent future issues.

Health Tips and Info
By incorporating some simple habits into your daily routine, you can improve your overall well-being and prevent musculoskeletal issues before they start.
Prioritize Good Posture
Poor posture can lead to chronic pain, stiffness, and tension. Be mindful of your sitting and standing habits—keep your shoulders relaxed, spine neutral, and avoid slouching. If you work at a desk, adjust your chair and screen height to support a healthy posture.
Keep Moving
Regular movement is key to joint and muscle health. Avoid prolonged sitting by stretching or walking every hour. Low-impact exercises like swimming, yoga, and walking can improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries.
Listen to Your Body
Pain and discomfort are signals from your body—don’t ignore them. If you experience persistent aches, stiffness, or reduced mobility, address the issue early. Gentle stretching, hydration, and proper rest can help, but if symptoms persist, an osteopath can assess and treat the root cause.
Emergency Care
Our clinic provides medical care for minor and major emergencies.
